GETTING TO KNOW RISEN KING COMMUNITY CHURCH

We understand. Showing up at a new church can make you nervous.

We want to reduce the stress and help you be as comfortable as possible.

So first off, Risen King is a family more than anything else, and we welcome you as our guest!

We want your first experience with us to be a wonderful one, so here are a few things for you to know that will help.

WHEN WE MEET

We meet at 10 am every Sunday for worship service. You may want to arrive by 9:45 to be welcomed by loving, caring people, find a seat, and locate the restrooms and Children’s Church before the service starts.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Loving people and faithful Biblical teaching.

Our service typically concludes at 11:15, and is followed by our Love Feast--join us for a buffet of tasty dishes and friendly, loving fellowship!

We will have a prayer meeting after the lunch, beginning about 11:45. All are welcome to gather and pray for one another.

WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS

Our Children’s Church begins after the worship music for ages 5 to 12. We teach the children the Bible, not just entertain them. All our teachers have completed background checks, and most of them are professional educators at Christian daycares or public schools. Of course if you prefer, you’re welcome to keep your children with you during the service.
